These (524R, 525R, 526R) are the bass strings that Sabicas used in concert. They are snappy and powerful sounding -- in my opinion, still the best for flamenco. The trebles from the same set do not have the same snap, however. Sabicas substituted LaBella Golden trebles, which are priced quite low and have a lot of flawed strings (maybe 5% or more) but have that polished, liquid, lyrical sound that Sabicas is famous for.
