They are better than the original strings for my bass. I did a studio recording two weeks after putting them on and they were so sweet-sounding. I used my bass on passive instead of active. This is my first time using these strings and I will have to keep using them. No more using my bass manufacturers' strings. Thank you, Pedulla. You were right about them being the serious bass strings.
