Elixir Electric Guitar NanoWeb Coating, .011 - .049, 12102star rating 5BillFebruary 22, 2010They are still the best strings for me to play. I was just replacing the Elixirs that I had been playing for the past several months. Total satisfaction and I have previously recommend them to others and of course will continue to do so.

I've used everything from Fastfret to talcum powder. Elixir strings are the only strings to have that feeling right out of the box.

But with the Gore nanoweb coating! Go figure, who would of thought of it, although D'Addario does have its own "coated" strings. I like Elixers better. Period.
