They have a big warm mid-range tone and plenty of brightness without being harsh and clanky. They last longer than typical strings and feel better under my fingers. The tension seems to be just rght for my necks and makes truss adjustments predictable and easy. The overal sound is tight and focused. Once you get used to them its hard to accept any other string except maybe the 10-46 Tite-fits.
