D'Addario Electric Guitar Environmental Double Ball Reg Lite, .010 - .046, Steinberger, ESXL110star rating 5mooncaineJune 18, 2011Fit my Steinberger Spirit GT-Pro perfectly, sound great, stay in tune well. I've been using them for years, and I keep coming back here when I need more. Very happy with them and JustStrings.com. BTW, I might have accidentally double-posted, in which case, pardon my mistake.
D'Addario Electric Guitar Environmental Double Ball Reg Lite, .010 - .046, Steinberger, ESXL110star rating 5Chris at Juststrings.comSeptember 16, 2010These Steinberger strings, and all the other Steinberger strings on our website, are designed to fit original 1980's Steinberger guitars only. They are not guaranteed to fit any Steinberger copy or any newer guitar made with the Steinberger brand name. That said, they may fit newer instruments; the only way to know is to try.

Unfortunately, I found that the high E string was too short by about 1/4 inch to fit into a newer Steinberger Spirit guitar. Conversely, the B and G strings were a bit long, but still worked. D'Addario should check the string lengths more carefully.

Many customers like them so much they request them on subsequent guitars. I use them on my own electrics too. http://www.inventingshed.com/
