They have an extremely smooth feel and are well balanced in both tone and tension. They are more responsive and brighter than typical flatwound strings. I use them on my Fender Tony Franklin fretless and G&L JB-2 fretless. I have also used them on a Warwick Corvette fretless and Fender fretless Jazz Bass.
