MaitraApril 11, 2011I found the D'Addario Pro Arte Normal Tension Classical guitar strings much better than the D'Addario Classic guitar strings (Rectified nylon trebles -silver plated basses) . They sound better, last longer and are cheaper. They are definitely very, very good value.

I have played Classical and Jazz guitars for decades and the Pro Arte Normal Tension is a great compromise. They have good tone and are infinitely eaiser to play than the hard/extra hard tensions.
