D'Addario Banjo 5 String Nickel Medium, .010 - .023, J61star rating 5edSeptember 7, 2009In my opinion, J61's are the standard steel string set for 5-string banjo, bluegrass or old-time. D'Addario quality holds true for this string set. I've never seen a defect or flaw in a D'Addario string and I use a lot them: electric guitar, banjo, and bass. Highly recommended.
