Back in the 20th century, the basic Martin "Bronze" (lowest-cost sets, with the black.white.red D-28 dreadnought logo) Medium Gauge were perfect for certain vintage guitars.... Based upon my best info, this set here is still made with the same winding machines, same materials, etc. as those old Martin "bronze" sets. Nothing makes my 1943 banner Gibson J45 better than this basic string set. May these strings never ever be unavailable!!!!!!

However, I do not hold you responsible in anyway. I will buy strings from you in the future. The service was great. I received my strings in 3 days. Your website is easy to navigate. I just bought what I thought was a good name (Martin) and because of the price. The strings sound kind of 'tinny'. Thank you.
